Despite what is said, if Mclaren were really trying to use Hamilton to disrupt Vettel it would have been easy to make it much more effective. To me it looked like Hamilton was fed up with the whole situation and if he had passed Alonso he'd have just driven away from him, he probably wasn't in the mood to play the team game.
It's just as well Vettel didn't take the Senna Irvine 1993 approach to voicing his complaints!
