@Richard, for someone versed in the technical aspects of the sport I'm disappointed at your comments regarding the engine mapping. If power is not being sent to where it was intended it has to be going to where it was not. My take is the FIA did not want to be seen as influencing the outcome of the championship, choosing to give a further warning to Red Bull. Don't forget that Webber's win had a bit of controversy surrounding the car as well.
