@Dylan you have no place here! You're not a fan of this sport, the car was not 1 sec faster the drivers made the difference, yes it was quicker at the start of 2009 but you still have to be a great driver to extract the maximum from the car which he did and he kept his head when the other caught up, there is luck in all sport but you have to be talented to make it. You could say that Alonso was lucky to some extent to get pole on Saturday as it rained because in the dry McLaren & Red Bull are quicker. Also Button out qualified the lot that you mentioned in your post with or without penalties, get your facts right before posting!
