It's a really tough task for these teams. Like Eddie Irvine said to Toyota, it's like pushing water uphill. I think they've just done really well to start up a team, establish it, and keep it going consistently, without looking like they're going to drop out of F1 anytime soon. I believe in all the new teams and they just need experience and to build up their strength and depth gradually.
Marussia and HRT remind me of Simtek and Pacific, and while I think Marussia's performance has been the same as Simtek, they show much more potential to me. HRT are way better than Pacific ever were and both teams have done well to outlast them.
