no name. whilst a proper progression step appears sensible, (as stated by berger recently), there are drivers who have come direct fron f3 to f1, and have excelled. i am not sure, but didnt seb come from fbmw to f1? and he didnt do too badly. but there really should be a requirement to gain experience at a certain level, before full f1. maybe a series for two year old f1 cars?
