May I just add, when Nando signed with Mclaren in 2007 he was essentially told "Yeah of course you'll be number one, oh and we hope you don't mind this guy shadowing you as your little protege..." And very quickly Nando was fighting a losing battle. Ron clearly favoured Lewis and Nando immediately became the team's enemy.
