David, Fair point, but I don't think just putting any old driver into any old car in F1 to promote a country is a very good idea. We seen plenty of poor Japanese drivers being pushed into F1 by Japanese car manufacturers in years gone by, what's the point? I don't think hundreds of millions of Indians will tune in every race to watch Narain finish 23 or 24th. India has plenty of wealth, plenty of resources I would say they need to find a real talent then finance their way into at least a midfield team (as per Venezuela and Maldonado) An Indian fighting for podiums would add 2 or 3 hundred million viewers to every race and that would be good.
