Well this is confusing... The new engine program has already progressed so far down the line, yet now Bernie wants to scrap or postpone it? Surely he'd realize this move would upset a great many, important people. How many millions have already been spent on the R&D, manufacturing and testing? Does Bernie WANT to get rid of yet another engine manufacturer? If I was in charge of, say, Renault or Mercedes' engine works and I read something like this, I might just be inclined to make a certain phone call to a certain head of a certain department and utter the following words: "Shut. Down. EVERYTHING."
