Thats stupid. Raikonnen had a fantastic Mclaren in those days - he didnot win despite his car being half a second faster than Alonso's Renault in 2005-06. Hamilton barely managed to squeeze in with the title despite being in a superior car, 2007- ALonso and Ham were in a superfast Mclaren but still somehow didnot win the title despite being 1-2 the whole season.
So its one thing having a superior car and one thing winning the title. Then one should just downplay Schumi's 5 titles with Ferrari and call it Ross Brawn factor. And then I should say Sebastien Loeb is not the best ever racer in all forms of motor-sports (IMO) as he is in a relatively superior Citroen.
These guys deserve credit and should have it. For me, Seb is in the list of F1 greats already as I believe he is a 3- time champion (including this year) and a few more to come.
