SJS anglo-angle on all things is just part of his repertoire. Commentary such as this is so poorly founded it is just sad. What tangible evidence is there to suggest that in order to be “one of the Greats” a driver needs to spread it (bounding from team to team) around? In my day (which is today I might add!) to be considered “great” you went into battle, took on all comers, no quarter asked or given, and you prevailed no matter the circumstance! F1 cars are built around their drivers input and data acquisition and without that, a superior car cannot be built! The old GIGO adage comes to mind. Vettel is giving Newey the best empirical data in the sport and Newey is giving him the car to do the job! Great indeed!
