"Achieved nothing"... except 13 F1 wins and two he handed over to Hakkinen. While I can see the funny side of his Monza 95/Adelaide 95 prangs, it is a bit unfair to slam him for not achieving at Williams, when he was very young and new. Also, McLaren were only really the top car 1998-2000, and for a while in 2000 he looked like he might be able to challenge/win the title against Schumi and Hakkinen, which is no mean feat.
