@RGB - you make it sound like creating team infighting and banishing a "great" is a good thing. Obviously Lewis needs to be on a one driver team because he sure doesn't work well with others.

Lewis has been at Mclaren since 2007 and as far as i know he has only fallen out with one driver, a driver who tried to blackmail the team principal in trying to have a rookies car sabotaged because he did not realise what talent the rookie possessed, a driver who had the cheek to sugest that employing a rookie could compromise Mclarens attempt on the 2007 WCC, a driver who when could not pass a rookie at the USA GP of 2007 started to shake his fist and radioing Ron Dennis to tell the rookie to let him pass, and when told by the team principal that you have to race fairly the reining 2xwdc became a team disruptor.
This guy can only work with a team if he is made
