Daft rule this (I mean the severity of the penalty, not there being one at all) - but since they already daftly applied it to Hamilton they were compelled to daftly apply it to Vettel too. I had a feeling that since it was Ferrari who stood to benefit again there would probably be a penalty coming. Anyways, apparently Red Bull initially supplied a reason for stopping to the stewards that was accepted. That reason must have been a barefaced lie. Maybe some constructor penalty in order?
