the penalty at last sends a strong message to those who are prepared to break the rules. lulu/mclaren has done this before, and they were well warned that such a move would be harshly punished. put this with a number of events recently where lulu has got away scot free and it was only a matter of time before something cracked. Posted by richard (175 days ago) polo. how have i outed myself?? the rule exists because mclaren/lulu did this before. anybody who sends their car out in quali, knowing that it cannot make it back to the pits, is CHEATING. lulu got away with his off track pass in bahrain, and he got away without real penalties last year, for a number of offences. if mclaren/lulu keep pushing the limits, they must be expecting to get caught some time. this is that time. they will be more circumspect next time. pcmax. why would i have any comment on short fuelling?
