Im going to call it: Perez on DiResta was not that different than Vettel on Button. Only difference is that Button did backed off. Vettel as in the same position as Perez on the inside line of the right corner. DiResta did not backed off and went out. Perez never went out of bounds until the first left hander when he knew DiResta was coming back in. I dont know why Grosjean was expecting Perez to disappear and never come back to the track. I am still wondering why Perez got the penalty, as it was DiResta on the outside line that went out of bounds. Compare it to Vettels pass on Button and tell me if they are not in the same place. To top it off DiResta conveniently forgot to mention he Sandwiched his teammate and two other cars at the beginning where he had no place to be.
