You can't say any of the other top teams haven't used team orders this year. I remember Webber being told to basically back off a few times this year, because he was faster than Vettel. McLaren have done it a couple of times in the last couple of years as well. As for the gearbox penalty, it wasn't illegal therefore IT WASN"T CHEATING!!! Maybe this will get the FIA to get rid of this ridiculous rule of a five place grid drop for changing a gearbox.
