Although Hamilton is talented, he is immature. McLaren is a strong engineering team with horrible management skills. For a top team, they have limited success in the past 10 years with the exception of 1 WDC in 2008 that came on the last corner of the last lap of the last race of the year and could have easily gone to Massa. It starts with Ron Dennis not being able to manage 2 top drivers in Alonso and Hamilton to the point both lost the WDC. Then came the spygate scandal, then came other smaller issues with the pass on Trulli that Lewis was told to do under yellow but later told by radio to deny. Of course the transcription of the radio conversation told another story and Mac was caught again in a lie. Now with Whitmarsh at the helm, things seem no better with multiple blunders from a pit stategy stand point earlier in the year to losing a fast driver.
