Mercedes had their moments this year. Obviously the quali performance and Rosberg's win in China (and Schumi was looking good too until they forgot to put his wheel on properly). Schumi topped Monaco quali, with Rosberg not far behind. A fair few points finishes for both, and would be quite a few more if not for Schumi's many retirements (some his fault, most not). With a clean slate for next year's car, as long as they can head in the right direction with development, they could be quite competitive.
