locks. of course i do not know exactly what was said at the briefing, and neither does anyone else here. but that is not the issue.
horner and vettel both said that seb was held up by nk. that is pure fact. neither said that nk should have moved over, just that the delay resulted in a pass by lulu.
if you or indycar can prove otherwise, then i would stand to be corrected. but there is not a single site that has claimed that seb was not held up
