What are you people talking about? Ferrari only put Massa back last time because Alonso was on the dirty side of the track and that he can gain a place. This time Ferrari will keep Massa where he is and so that he can plow into Vettel in turn 1. Much easier than to win the championship this way, than to actually put in an effort to race. At least that what I think those scumbags at Ferrari would do.
