The sport needs to do more for the small teams. The big teams have too many people working for them. There should be a budget and resources cap including team personnel. If 5000 people work in formula 1 i would rather see 20 teams of 250 fighting it out than 10 teams of 500 or 5 teams of 1000. Variety is the spice of life, and whilst HRT were not setting the world on fire they were still doing a decent job. It's easy to sit on the side line and bag them out, but the big teams have too much influence, they suck to much of the money and working talent to them.
