Unfortunately it was VETTEL who transgressed and broke a simple rule that all drivers are aware of
- and that is there for SAFETY REASONS so it is not a minor thing but is important for protection of Marshalls LIVES
He should have obeyed the rules , chose not to, so it is about implementation of a Safety Rule and nothing to do with bad losing or sportsmanship
The FIA are duty bound to investigate under there own regulations - nothing to do if Ferrari protest or not
You can bet your bottom dollar that RedBull would be pushing hard for investigation if the roles were reversed
