Note that in Germany (prior to the engine mapping rules change) Vettel finished 5th and Webber 8th.
In Hungary, after these massive change to the rules aimed at taking away Red Bulls's supposed big unfair advantage, Vettel finished 4th and Webber finished 8th.
There was never anything going on there, other than the paranoia of RB's competitors. "Dirty tricks", as Vettel said.
