"Do you see how the red bull sticks to the road compared to the ferrari?" Nothing mysterious about that. RB uses more down force, which causes the car to "stick to the road compared to the Ferrari". The price for doing so is a loss in top speed - the RB car is consistently quite a bit slower at the top end than the Ferrari or McLaren. Ferrari could generate more down force if they wanted to. There is no alchemy involved, aerodynamics is a well established scientific field whose principles are widely understood.
