My assessment of Webber can be summed up by a race in Monaco where he and Button were driving for Williams. He was stuck behind another driver when Button came up behind him. He passed Webber in the chicane after the tunnel and then the next car in same spot next lap. Webber clearly saw the clean pass twice but took a couple more laps before he tried it. The result of his clumsy attempt was a crash taking both cars out.
