@JohnO - did you not watch the first half of the race? When Vettel was charging back through the field following his spin (that he himself caused), he caught Webber who let him through without issue. The call from the pit wall came over the radio "Thanks Mark". It was as plain to see as the nose on a 2012 F1 car is ugly.
Yes, Webber was racing for position off the start. With Vettel's position at that stage securing the championship, why wouldn't he? It was clean racing, so what's the problem?
