Richard yes there is some investors around in the likes of tony texeira though he might also be connected to a Portuguese event becausee of his ties. There is other investors that could be found though goverment would be the last to step up to secure an event like that for they don't know about motor racing. The economy I would say is in the worst condition it has ever been. There has been on and off talks over the years about a race in the streets of Cape Town(South Africa's most outstanding city) which has been submitted to FOM not so long ago. If a race should happen I'm very sure that it would be a well attended event.
