There's was no continuity when they switched both race drivers from last year. But I guess when you have many drivers waiting their turn, that's what you have to do to reduce a bit of the back log.
In my opinion they should employ former F1 drivers or very successful drivers in other very competitive series to mentor the youngsters. It might boost their learning curve.
Even though Jaime was Loyal to the team when they dropped him per his contract he had a nice payout. So the team did not do anything wrong.
