Richard .. I think Redbull and Mclaren will be slipping down-grid, because the 2014 rules are set to de-emphasize Aero-Performance.. (in favor of engine-performance and mechanical grip) Notice, Redbull-Renault is often slower than the others in straight-line speed making it up on down-force in the corners..they will likely lose this character and need to depend more on Renault-power -- similar with Mclaren they are now on the 'OUTS' with Mercedes --2013 ends Mclaren's 'Works' agreement with Mercedes -and Mac becomes Merc's 'customer engine' team..and Macca will likely get a de-tuned lump from Mercedes (like Force India gets) or be forced to switch brands.
