I just hope he's not thinking of selling the team. But when they replace drivers they should replace them one at the time. So it would give them a way to gauge the performance of the new driver.
The only situation that does not apply is when you have veteran drivers who have done at least a couple years in F1 and you know their performance levels.
Like Sauber. They could afford to replace both drivers because they already know what Hulkenberg is capable off.
