Well, Sepang first featured in 1999 and 14 years later makes...2013 Oops
Malaysian manufacturer Proton owns Lotus Cars but that has no connection with ownership of Lotus F1. They merely sponsor.
Caterham are Malaysian owned. So that would be just the 1 Malaysian team (no Malaysian drivers though). Oops
And I'm afraid we don't have a Chinese driver in F1. One did make a couple of appearances in FP1 for a team that does not now exist.. No other Chinese driver has ever appeared in F1, despite not being short handed as a country.
