Good opportunity to do some PR work for Brooklands, great museum at what's left of the track, some fantastic road cars, racing cars, planes, motorbikes etc. Then there's the old banking which is breath taking, 100ft wide and 30ft high at the outside, too steep and slippery to walk up on a wet day, the thought of Cobb driving the 500 bhp, 24 litre Napier Railton round that banking at 150mph+ is mind boggling. (the Railton is in the museum) and if thats not enough Mercedes Benz World is just accross the road, stay at the Brooklands hotel it's rather nice. Oh and unlike Silverstone it IS in Surrey!
