I really don't see the point in people whining about Ferrari when all they did was play to the rules. Whine about the rules by all means but don't whine about those who play to the rules.
Ferrari asked if it was acceptable to break Massa's gearbox seal and incur a penalty, they were told "YES" Ferrari thought that was the best way forward and they were right. Just the same as RBR starting Vettel from the pit lane with a changed car, rather than starting last on the grid.
Spirit of the rules is all well and good but I'd bet NO team pricipal on the grid gives a toss about it, they want to win and if that means pushing every rule to the maximum then they will.
