A relationship such as existed between McClaren and Hamilton was never going to last for ever, rather like marriage problems started and the niggling began. If McClaren had managed to produce the best car and manage things rather better Hamilton would have had little reason to leave but they did'nt so the invertible happened, two people wjth huge egos parted company. Nobody has come out of this with much credit, Hamilton needs to grow up and Ron Dennis and Co need to sort out the problems that have dogged the team for years. Somebody said why do McClaren retain drivers like Button and Couthard and let the best go, the answer to that must be that they are very happy to be at McClaren whilst the best want the best and move on to hopefully greener grasses.
