Webber the oldest driver on the grid next year? Looks that way. Yet when we look at the teamings for the 2012 season, Red Bull easily won the constructors championship because they had the best 2nd driver on the grid. Just look at how woeful Massa was for most of the season. Will Webber win the 2013 driver's championship? Highly unlikely, yet Red Bull would be stupid to replace Webber until they can find someone who consistently challenges Vettel the way Webber has over the past 3 seasons. Only when that happens will Red Bull be right in pushing Webber into retirement. From 2012 form, we may possibly still see Webber on the grid in 2014...
