I DO remember who drove for Ferrari on those days, Massa and Schumacher! What that means in practice is that the drivers Vettel beat on Friday practice were NOT just the "3rd drivers" of teams like Red Bull, Williams, and Toyota but also the 1st drivers of Renault, Ferrari, and McLaren. To be specific, among the drivers Vettel was faster than in Friday practice were Button, Schumacher, Raikkonen, Masaa and Alonso. The runner up to Vettel in Friday practice in Turkey was Massa in the Ferrari. You seem to have convinced yourself that Friday practice was Amateur Hour where the big boys did not not participate. You're wrong.
