bernie says he is "prepared " to attend court...well, methinks that he will HAVE to! but it is odd, he claims that the money was not a bribe, but was in fact a blackmail payment. well if that was the case, why has he not had the recipient charged? i doubt that he will be amused if he is found guilty, but maybe the rest of us will.
