The people who make and implement the rules have not accused the Red Bull team of of any wrong doings and i don't see a governing body who has to rewrite or reword its regs due to a teams exploiting ambiguity within those regs as being anything more than keeping that governing body on its toes.
F1 is virtually a spec sport and if we can have engineers who can come up with mechanical or aerodynamic advantages due to innovation that puts them in front his/her fellow competitors and it within the rules according to that governing body then whats the problem.
