Horner was not at Maranello to discuss his or Newey’s possible switch to FERRARI (Richard need not worry), he was there as was Whitmarsh, Lauda and MR F1, they were there as gusts of LDM for a special meeting concerning the concord agreement or lack of it. The only arrangement so far is a financial agreement with teams sharing 60 percent of the sports revenue and top teams like FERRARI, Red Bull, mclaren and Mercedes receiving a bigger share. The concord agreement up to now is legally incomplete. that is why MR F1 is saying we don't need it.
