Richard, glad to be the first to put your mind at rest hope you sleep well tonight. No, legally the concord agreement has not been signed as the FIA is not a done deal yet. What has been signed is a financial agreement with the teams. Please note that Lauda was at the meeting representing Mercedes, (see my last comments on the Brawn page).
