Vettel is possibly underrated but I think it is more correct to say no one really knows what he can do (outside of the RB) which is the known best car on the grid. When Alonso, Jenson and LH have won they were not consistently in the best car on the grid. Even Jenson's title run had the fact that it wasn't a factory effort against it. Vettel's numbers put him up there, but the car is making it hard for many to give full credit. Webber's performance doesn't help either, he was nowhere really before moving to RB.
