@Objective Thing is as those 4 drivers are really close to one another there's probably not much more to get from those cars, even if you put a top driver in there. Of course that's one of those mysteries of F1 we'll never solve as for varying reasons none of the top drivers will ever say 'hey let me do a lap in that thing, I wonder what I can do with that car'. If one of the drivers of either of these teams was a lot faster than the other than you might say 'oh that's a slow driver'. As it is now though, all signs point to these cars just being slow, unless you actually think these drivers are not only all so slow, but also so equally slow that they just happen to fall between 2 tenths of a second. Makes way more sense that they all drive pretty close to the limit of these cars actually.
