and yes, f1 has always been a rich mans sport, but talent does shine through. Vettel was not a rich kid, but his talent shone through and he was picked up by a mentor. and the same could be set of lulu, who got a mentor at a very young age. i think that any of the drivers in the top half of the grid, are there on merit. unfortunately, you cannot buy talent.
perez is really the only pay driver who has shown ability.
