If you have a chance to read a little about the B194, MS definitely drove that car over the limits. Any other drivers drove the B194 claimed that it was a very difficult car to drive.

Fair enough, but to me every team in F1 tries to bend the rules one way or another. Whoever bends the most without getting caught has the biggest chance of winning. The recent Red Bull is a perfect example. Brilliant engineers find the loopholes, that's where it sets the differences. The 1993 Williams was arguably the most advanced F1 car in history, Senna wanted to switch because of the 1993 dominance. I guess he didn't expect such a big difference in 1994 when most of the advantages Williams had were banned.
