Seeing as the equipment HRT used was a heap of junk, Scorpion would be better off starting from scratch rather than modifying existing equipment which is what Super Aguri tried and failed to do, having the confirmed spot on the grid is far more important right now and starting in 2014 would give them a more level playing field with which to start, given the new engine regulations. There are reports on other websites I have read saying that Fiat wan't to take over Chrysler completely so the new team having an American background could have Ferrari engines badged as Chrysler.
