bcg. the cost of the engines to the teams, WILL be reduced. for two reasons. the development costs are being borne by the engine manufacturers, and the engines will be providedto all teams at a set price. a price that is setby the fia, and will be the same or less than the v8. teams will only be allocated FIVE engines per driver, rather than the current EIGHT, so therefore the teams will in fact make a SAVING.
