I Agree at some point.It's no reason for Michael to leave if he saw there is performance wise boost, especially aero part of it.
And in the other hand, you cannot built a winning team less than 5 years Time ( Ross Brown- Jean Todt) Ferrari, which is the standard, then Red Bull, which is an exception as they are not constructors at first place, so that make history for this alone.
Michael schumacher which is not the subject today was a wise man, he didn't have Time for waiting, and needed a winning team right away.Sure he'll have his 8th Crown with RBR, or even McLaren this 2012 season!
Mercedes now have to build on what they have as engeneeers, chief of staff, tech Director, race Director, and Team principal as well, not forgetting the mechanics, which i have hat off this year just to mention!
How long wil it take? Nobody knows, because if you know, that means you know All the teams progress, but it's still unpredictable!!!
