I'm all for female drivers in F1, providing they are good enough, and I believe Susie is good enough for a place on the grid. Sure her career results don't smack of success but I believe other factors should be considered in this. Her race-pace in DTM has always been good, but the Merc sub-team she was in didn't provide strategies for her to progress, having to allow top team drivers key pit windows etc.
Susie did well in Formula Renault before DTM.
As for future female drivers, there don't seem to be many breaking through at the moment.
