What happen when you have 3 or 4 Alpha male weasels in the hen house? Complete CARNAGE! Ross should be left alone as his is the only one PROVEN to be able to take a team to complete and total domination. Now he has all these interlopers wanting to offer their advice of take his job from him outright. Ross must be outspoken, and not listened to and someone big at Mercedes is looking to get his scalp. Its a big mistake bringing Lowe in who hasn't proven to be good at anything. Toto is a complete unknown that is where he is because of BIG Money. And Lauda because of expliotse back in the 70's and 80's that have nothing to do with RUNNING a racing team. This all looks like a recepe for disaster. At the least it will probably be Ross' last season putting up with the mismanagemanet of Mercedes. I'll say it again. "Mercedes is doomed!"
