This new situation at Mercedes is similar to McLaren from 2000 to 2005. Too many idiots trying to be "The Big Boss" running around and calling the shots. All the while the one man that could make the difference, Adrian Newey, was put in a back room and told what to do and how to design what, when and how. Ron Dennis was the supremo Alpha male then. Adrian and Dennis' personalities clashed like water and oil. The result was one of the most capable teams floundering and literally falling apart at the seams. Adrian left because of it and the rest is history. Adrian has made his OWN team with Didi M's assistance and now the whole F1 procession is up in arms trying anything to thwart the Red Bull Juggernaut. Take a lesson from this Mercedes.
